We are conveniently located on the Great Glen Way close to Drumnadrochit midway along Loch Ness in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
By Air: Clunebeg Estate is conveniently located at the heart of the Scottish Highlands and just half an hour away from
Inverness Airport offering a range of car rental facilities at the airport and affordable EasyJet connections to London Gatwick and London Luton. Alternatively, Glasgow International Airport is 3 hours
away by car almost door to door on the A82. This is a highly recommended, spectacularly scenic route passing alongside Loch Lomond, through Glencoe and the Great Glen.
Ample private car parking is available next to the Guest Lodge.
We are mile and a half from Drumnadrochit village center just off the A82, 15 miles from Inverness in the north, and 45 miles from Fort William in the South.
Walking or Cycling:
the Guest Lodge and House are located along side the Great Glen Way which winds through Clunebeg Estate overlooking Drumnadrochit as you approach it from the south.
On the A82 from the South:
0.5 miles after Urquhart Castle, take the left turn sign posted to Bunloit, then take the 1st right up the private drive sign posted to Clunebeg Estate. Follow this drive along the River Coiltee until it climbs to reach Clunebeg House and Guest Lodge.
On the A82 from the North:
Pass through Drumnadrochit village and Lewiston. As you leave Lewiston you will pass Smiddy's cafe on the left, and cross a small bridge. Then take the 1st right sign posted to Bunloit, and the next right up the private drive sign posted to Clunebeg Estate. Follow this drive as it runs along the River Coiltee and then climbs to Clunebeg House and Guest Lodge.
